Looks great… Only thing that’s missing is a chat feature, which is very inportant. Hot items sell quickly and deals are made immediately through the “chatarama” before email is checked.

It’s great! Unfortunately my local Bookoo chooses to be closed on Sunday, which is ridiculous, considering that’s one of the main Yardsale days!
Patrick, all Bookoo sites are closed on Sunday.
I, with alot of people I know completely agree about Sundays. I understand the original purpose but in today’s world of different types of work schedules, Sundays are one of some folks only days off. I’m able to look for things to purchase during the week, but the weekend are the only days I have to list items for sale. I bought a membership and its run out after me only listing a few items due to this.
What’s particularly frustrating is that Friday night and Saturday is, for some of my Jewish friends, their day intended for family, and they don’t use electricity. When Sunday roles around, no one holds, attends, or (in my neighborhood) allows yard sales. Then Monday comes, and the busy work week takes over.
It doesn’t seem fair that use of the service is so limited to some simply because of differing sabbath days (which is what I assume led to the site being closed on Sundays). It’s a website, not a physical marketplace after all.
I agree with you Patrick that Sunday is a bad day to be closed since its a great yard sale day. Monday would make much more sense.
So……….Can anyone tell the people that also made a video if they are going to get there free month membership??
P.S. It’s very sad that a few people actually really tried on there video and worked hard at it, and tried to keep it close to the 30 seconds…AND yet the winner of the video wasn’t even posted until a few days after the deadline and way longer than the original 30 seconds.
